Field Trip Report:-

"Plantation and Seed Sowing Programme" was organized by the Departments of Zoology, History, Botany & NSS-'A' & 'B' Units of Smt.ASM College for Women, Ballari, on 24.05.2025. The Departments of Zoology, History, Botany, & NSS Units organized a "Plantation and Seed Sowing Programme" at the Mincheri Forest Area. The event aimed to promote environmental awareness and contribute to ecological conservation efforts. A large number of students, teaching, and non-teaching staff actively participated in the initiative by planting saplings and sowing native seeds to support reforestation in the region. This green initiative not only fostered a sense of environmental responsibility among the participants but also strengthened the commitment of the institution towards sustainability and biodiversity.
