The Campus Recruitment Drive organized by the Placement & Career Guidance Cell of Smt. ASM College for Women, Ballari, on 18-09-2025 at the college campus. The event was aimed to provide final year students with opportunities to interact with reputed company K-12 Techno Service Pvt. Ltd., Bengaluru, and secure employment offers before graduation.

The Placement and Career Guidance Cell of Smt. A.S.M. College for Women, Ballari, in association with K12 Techno Service Pvt. Ltd., Bengaluru, had organized a “Campus Recruitment Drive” on 18-09-2025 in the college seminar hall. The students of all UG and PG programs participated in the interview. The principal, Dr. Dupam Satheesh, inaugurated the recruitment drive by watering the plant and addressed the gathering, stating that the placement cell of our college is found to be very active in conducting the events related to career and employment. Here, he urged the students to participate in large numbers to secure the best opportunities. The assistant manager of K12 Techno Service Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Kartik, briefed about the prospectus and process of recruitment; he also conducted a Personality Assessment Test, Group Discussion, and Viva-Voce. The IQAC Coordinator, Dr. Syeda K. Tanveer, said that such recruitment drives enable the students to get good jobs. The Co-Coordinator of IQAC, Dr. Bheemanagouda N. Patil, also spoke on the occasion about the importance of campus interviews. The placement officer, Mr. Basavaraj Hugar, carried out the event and welcomed the gathering. He said that the recruitment drive is an opportunity to showcase the skills and talents; it bridges academic learning with the professional world. Mr. Cholendra Bhupal, Mr. Raju, and other faculty members were present during the recruitment drive. In all, 180 aspirants took part in the drive; among them, 70 students were shortlisted, and 29 students got appointed on the spot.
