Celebration of World AIDS Day:-

The “World AIDS Day” is observed every year since 1988 on 1st December. This day is dedicated to raising awareness of the AIDS pandemic caused by the spread of HIV infection. The Staff and Students of the Department of Kannada have actively participated in the rally and given a wide publicity to the social cause.

Other Activities:-
“Anuvaada Event” - An event to check the power and ability of translation skills among the students. This interdisciplinary event was jointly conducted by the Department of Kannada and English. The degree students took an active part in the event and translated the sentences of both the languages.
