MoU activity Report
"Cancer Awareness Day" was observed by the College Youth Red Cross Wing (YRCW), College NSS & Rangers Units in association with the Indian Red Cross Society, Ballari Branch, on 30th October, 2025. Retired Commissioner of Police, Karnataka, Dr. Bhaskar Rao, who is also 5 of IRC (Indian Red Cross Society), started the 'Cancer Awareness Rally' by swinging the Red Cross flag. Principal Dr. Dupam Satheesh; Shri. Umakant, general secretary of the Red Cross; Sri. Shakeeb, district secretary of the Red Cross, Ballari branch; convenor of YRCW Dr. Syeda K. Tanveer; NSS officers Sri. K. Vijayendra Ranga Prasad & Sri. Cholendra Bhupal; Rangers Unit officer of the Bharat Scouts & Guides Rangers Unit Dr. Mangala B. N.; IRCW volunteers; college staff; & students participated. College students rallied on the streets of Ballari, chanting the slogan on cancer awareness. Principal Dr. Dupam Satheesh thanked the IRCS for collaborating with the YRCW of the college in organizing the cancer awareness rally. A total of 112 students participated in this rally.
