Celebration of International Women's Day - 2024

ALUMNI ASSOCIATION ACTIVITY

The Alumni Association of the College had organised International Women's Day in the College Auditorium on 07/03/2024. Principal Dr. A M Kalamma presided over the event in absentia of the Chairperson of the CGC Smt. Kuppagal Girija Madam. Dr. Aruna Roa, consultant general and laproscopic surgeon at Venkat Kamineni hospital, Ballari was the Chief Guest. The secretary of the Alumni Association Smt Susheela Sirur, Smt. Sarvamangala, Smt. Kalpana, members of CGC, Co-ordinator of IQAC Dr. Dupam Satheesh, shared the dias. Smt Susheela Sirur, secretary of Alumni Association & Smt. Sarvamangala spoke on the occasion. The convernor of Alumni association Dr. P J Bindu briefed about International Women's Day, Smt. Rohinaz compered the event. Ms. Chadrala of B.A III invocated the event. Ms. Chaitra, HOD of Mathematics, welcomed the guest and gathering and Smt. Poornima Y, HOD of Economics introduced the Chief Guest, Ms.Mamatha, faculty of Commerce, proposed the vote of thanks. The members of Alumni Association and other teaching and non- teaching staff witnessed the event. 70 students participated.
