NSS-'A' & 'B' Units and The Bharat Scouts & Guides Rangers Unit activity - 02.10.2024

Celebration of Gandhi Jayanti and Lal Bahadur Shastri Jayanti

 Smt. A.S.M. College for Women, Ballari, had celebrated 155^th & 120^th Birth Anniversaries of the “Father of the Nation” Mahatma Gandhi and Bharata Ratna Lal Bahadur Shastri on 02^nd October, 2024 in the Open Air Theatre of the College.  The Chairperson of College Governing Council Smt. KATHYAYINI MARIDEVAIAH, Principal Smt.H.RATNA, NSS-‘A’ & ‘B’ Units Officers, Staff and Students offered the floral tributes to the nation builders and paid respects to their struggle and services for the nation. On the occasion the two NSS Units of the College headed by Dr.SUVARNAMMA and Dr.BASAVARAJESHWARI undertook social service activities under “SWACHH BHARATH MISSION”. The Chairperson, CGC, the Principal, NSS Coordinators and NSS Volunteers cleansed the College campus to commemorate the Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhiji and Lal Bahadur Shastriji.  The NSS Units of the College had also organized various social service activities under “SWACHH HI SEVA” from 15.09.2024 to 02.10.2024 under the slogan “Swachha Swabhava - Swachha Samskara.”
