Botany Department Students Centric activity conducted on 18.09.2025 @ Smt.ASMC, Ballari.

As a part of Taxonomic Study, the Department of Botany had organised a Field Visit activity for B Sc students. Today BSc-5th Semester Students and Botany department staff members visited Botanical garden of Smt.A.S.M. College campus. Our students collected the list of plants in botanical garden and also studied their morphological and toxonomical features with the help of staff members. Students also cleaned that garden area by eradicating plastic and other debris materials. Later students and Botany staff members visited the college library. The Head of the Department of Botany Dr.Bheemanagouda N.Patil, Dr.Basavarajeshwari.H., Assistant Professor of Botany, Smt.Pallavi and Smt. Shubha, Lecturers of Botany and around 50 students from BSc-V Semester and III Semester Students were present.
