A special lecture on “How to Prepare for Interview?” organized by Commerce and Management Department

On 14th of June, 2024, Prof. Sampth Kumar, Assistant Professor of Management, BITM, Ballari, was invited to deliver a special lecture on “How to Prepare for Interview?” The target group of students are from BCom-VI and BBA-VI students of the College. Prof. Sampth Kumar explained in detail regarding how to prepare oneself while facing an interview. He deliberated on the concepts of various steps to prepare such as Research, Review of one’s own resume, prepare for questions, and final checklist. He also focused on the need for knowing more about the company where the interview is likely to be conducted. It was also mentioned about the job description and job analysis. Apart from, the do’s and don’ts while interview is going on was also explained. The event was briefed by Dr. Gavisiddappa Gadag, Head, Department of Commerce & Management and attended by Dr.K.Gangadhar, Dr.K.Anupama, Ms.K.Mamatha, Ms.Soumya I and Ms. Pushpa, Faculty of Commerce and Management.
