The Staff of Smt. A.S.M. College for Women, Ballari watched the Webinar organized by the Department of Collegiate Education on the topic “Ways to Build Self Confidence” on 28/05/2020 at 10.30 am.Dr. Gururaj Karajagi, an eminent educationist, addressed the Staff and Students. He has delivered a thought provoking speech. The Staff and Students listened to every word of the speaker with greater attention. Hon’ble speaker of the day insisted upon the students to make use of fast developing electronic devices and media properly by knowing their limitations. Success of life depends on three essential aspects such as knowledge, skill and attitude, he pinpointed. He asked the students to develop self confidence through emulating the best practices and modes of living of their parents and elders in the community. At the end of the webinar Dr.M.G.Nadagouda, Coordinator, IQAC proposed vote of thanks. Principal D.S.Y.Thimma Reddy and Staff members of our College participated in the Webinars.

The Staff of Smt. A.S.M. College for Women, Ballari, participated in online address delivered by Hon’ble HRD Minister Dr Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank on 28.05.2020 at 03.00pm. The IQAC of the College made arrangement in Seminar Hall to listen to the speech of the Hon’ble HRD Minister. He spoke about the role of Higher Educational Institutions in making India the self reliant country in all respects. He insisted on the teachers to produce a high quality human resource which is one of the fundamental requirements of human development. He also stated about how to convert challenges into opportunities.
