I] Personality Development and Skill Development:

The Institution takes care of conducting programmes, training and courses to enhance their students performance and confidence level through personality development and skill development programmes. These make the students competitive at all levels. They are

* Certificate Course in the Use of Computers

* Entrepreneur Development Courses

* Personality Development Courses

* Career Oriented Programmes through Placement Cell

* Lectures by eminent resource persons to enhance knowledge and character building

II] TQM - HRD: Total Quality Management and Human Resource Development:

Commissionerate of Collegiate Education of Karnataka State Government has identified our College as a lead College in Ballari District, to plan and implement TQM-HRD interventions in the district Colleges with the help of CLHRD, Mangalore (College for Leadership and Human Resource Development, Mangalore) to students and teachers as well. Our College has been carrying on this tradition for the past 12 years through three catagories of programmes, they are;

* A One Day Orientation Programme to all Freshers.

* A Two Day Programme of Communicative English for all the Second Year Degree Students.

* A Three Day Career Guidance Programme for all the Final Year Degree Students.

III] Outreach Programmes:

Besides these endeavors, the College also has few healthy practices of which it is proud of. These outreach programmes are;

* Financial help to the poort students for their fee structure drawn from a voluntary contribution

by the faculty.

* Issuing of Books through Book Bank.

* Annapurna Scheme maintained by Alumni Association of the College again a Financial support

from the teachers, donations and the membership fee collected from the past students.
